Portable Anti-explosion and Waterproof Searchlight Operating Instructions

This product is applied to inflammable and explosive location such as public security, fire-fighting, army, petrochemical engineering, oil field, electric power, customs etc for portable lighting.

Performance characteristic:
Distant range Ultra-white light can have a range of 3000 meters, and this product is especially suitable for night search or undersea photographing.

Portability Strong light can be turned on or switched off in a rotary way. LED working lamp can be switched over. Besides portable use, this product can also be carried on one's shoulder after it is covered with genuine leather backpack. It can be fully charged with 3-5 hours.

Waterproof and anti-impact The adoption of optimized structure design and imported bulletproof material can ensure the normal operation of this product 50 meters under water. It will not be broken when falling from one meter high.

Energy-efficiency Imported HID light source is adopted to have such features as extremely high light efficiency, best visual effects, long service lifetime, good anti-vibration property. Color temperature is optional, ranging from 4300k to 6000k, New generation of lithium is adopted to have such features as more safety, memory-less property, low self discharge rate, long cycle life, intelligent overcharge protection, over discharge protection, short-circuit protection, environmental protection without pollution.

Intelligent charge Chip control is adopted to realize fast charge, with high reliability, overcharge protection, short-circuit protection, trickle charge and indication of charge state.
Use methods:
When using this product, please turn on power supply by rotating switch arrow to "ON" direction, and switch off power supply by "OFF" Direction.
Power supply must be switched off in time of charge. Please match two large and small charge terminals on the charger with the two plug jacks on the bottom of searchlight. The flashing light of red indicator light denotes charge state. When the indicator light becomes green, it means that the battery has been fully charged
After the battery is fully charged, the charge will switch to trickle charge state to change the battery for period of time.

Warning:
Light source replacement, charge, maintenance and disassembly must be conducted at safe location.
It is necessary to wipe the surface with wet cotton cloth at dangerous locations.

Precautions:
Power supply must be switched off in time of charge, slight temperature rise on its surface belongs to normal phenomenon.
If the searchlight is not used for long period, it must be charged after one year.
All structures must be closely combined to enhance waterproof, anti-explosion and anti-impact property.
When there is crack on the surface of glass block, this anti-explosion searchlight can not be used at anti-explosion locations any more.
